Gimasur Ambiental,S.L. offers free shipping costs for all orders exceding 200 €, except as expressly stated. The lower order limit is in the amount of 25 €.
Shipping costs to Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands will be defined for each shipment regardless of the order amount.
Where it is the circumstance that the same order includes low-priced appliances to be transported from different warehouses, or in the case of small orders, a small quantity may be added to the cost of the appliances as a shipping cost.
In many other cases, where possible, Gimasur assumes the cost of shipping costs, without passing them on to the customer.
Delivery times
With regard to delivery times, Gimasur guarantees as much diligence as possible, committing itself in any case to a delivery time, in standard products, less than 15 days. On each order or product page, the estimate of the corresponding delivery time is explicitly indicated.
For some products or destinations, shipping costs or shipping time cannot be determined without prior consultation with the manufacturer or wholesaler. In these cases, in the shopping cart, the ‘buy’ button is replaced by the ‘consult’ button. By pressing it, the Gimasur team receives your contact details and order details. With them, we carry out the consultation and send you an email with the answer, in the shortest possible time.
This ratio of shipping conditions and costs should be used as a general guide that may vary for a particular product, usually depending on its weight or volume. In these cases Gimasur will inform the customer of the cost of the corresponding cost. For this and other reasons the above relationship of shipping conditions and costs does not in any case require, and can be reviewed at all times, by Gimasur.
